Maha Manthan 2023
General Guidelines
1. The participants are requested to submit their entries latest by December 18,2023 to avoid last minute rush. The participant can register by filling the registration form via registration link available or by hard copy filled and duly signed by the head of the institute/ Co-coordinator.

3. Registration charges for 19th,20th, 21st and 22nd Dec 2023 , have to be paid by each student.
4. Registration charges for 23rd Dec 2023 including entry for all the events (Group Dance & Ramp Walk) are 1500 Rs. per team. DJ Night entry is free to all the final day participating teams.
5. The team of each institute would select a team leader, whose name should be intimated along with a confirmation letter.
6. The Host Institute reserves the right to make any changes in the schedule that it seems fit.
7. Participants must carry their Identity card on the day of their competition, failing which they won’t be allowed to participate
8. Students are required to bring all essential materials with them.
9. Disobedience of rules may lead to disqualification.
10. Use of any false means such as using gadgets, prompting, etc is strictly prohibited.
11. The decisions of the judges will be final and binding in case of any discrepancy or dispute.

* This contest will run from December 19th to December 23rd.

* Sharing the screenshot is mandatory for entry; without it, entries will not be accepted.
* Results will be announced on December 25th on @poddarinstitute's Instagram page.
Vlogging Contest
Vlogging in campus is a competition that challenges you to create a short video (video blog) highlighting the activities and events at Maha Manthan’23 of last 2 days. And the best vlog will be featured on our official page and will win exciting cash prizes.
How to Participate:
1) Create a short vlog of maximum 1 minute and 30 seconds and on 24th December before 12 pm, the participants have to post on their personal Instagram pages in collaboration request with @digimark_poddar
2) Declaration of winner will be done on 25th December on the official Instagram page of Poddar.
Photography contest
* Photography contest open for all Student.
* Post it on your Instagram post, collaborate us @digimark_poddar, and use #MAHAMANTHAN’23 #PODDAR in your post.
* The best Post will receive exciting cash prizes.
* The student whose Instagram post receives the highest likes and shares will be the winner."
* The winning post will be posted on the main Instagram profile of Poddar Group of Institutions
* This contest will run from December 19th to December 23rd.
