IMPORTANT:

  • Filling of application form- Application forms are available online at https://www.poddarinstitute.org/ and offline on both the campuses, application fee is on payment of Rs. 1200 for PGDM/MBA/MCA, Rs. 1000 for D. Pharma and Rs. 800 for all other UG/PG/Diploma courses
  • For Non-resident of Rajasthan, minimum 60% aggregate marks in qualifying examination are required in UOR affiliated PG courses.
  • Rajasthan Resident Candidates belongings to SC, ST and OBC & SBC (Non-Creamy Layer) can be admitted at 5% below the minimum percentage required.
  • Exam and Enrolment Fee is additional as per the affiliated body. Uniform charges may also be applied additionally.
  • IT Tools fee to be charged (one time)- Rs. 2000 for all courses except MA & MCOM. On MA & MCOM IT Tools fee has been revised to Rs. 500 (ONE TIME)
  • Alumni Fee is to be paid additional to the above-mentioned fees as- PGDM- Rs. 5000, MBA & MCA- Rs. 1000, Design (All Courses)- Rs. 1000, All other degree courses- Rs. 500
  • Fees for all yearly examination-based courses can be paid in two installments. 50% is to be paid as I installment at the time of admission & remaining as II installment before 15 October.
  • In semester courses like MBA & MCA, fee has to be paid semester wise. Further, if required, semester fees can also be divided in two installments

Scholarship Policies:

Note:

  • The above scholarship is on I year on the basis of XII scores.
  • In II & III Year the scholarship will be on basis of previous year marks secured, student’s attendance, disciplinary behavior and merit only. Only those who have 75%+ attendance, no backlog & satisfactory disciplinary record will be eligible for II- & III-Year scholarships. Eligible students to apply for scholarship after revaluation results, this scholarship will be given to student at the end of the respective year.
  • Above scholarship is not applicable on MA, MCOM, MBA, MCA & PGDM; PGDM has different scholarship plan, mentioned in later pages.
  • Special Scholarship of 50% is announced for Defense personnel children.
  • B.Des. scholarship is applied on 1,20,000 per year. Annual fee break-up is Rs. 120000 course fees plus 55000 add on program fee.
  • Whether a student is admitted in specialization or core program (BCA, BBA, BCOM), all scholarships are applied on core program fee.
  • All scholarships are given on tuition fee only.
  • BPL Card Holders will get 10% scholarship for all three years.
  • State Level Sports Achievers will be given 5% scholarship for I year and National Level Sports Achievers will be given 10% Scholarship for I year. This scholarship is continued in further years only if they earn sports achievements in further years too.
  • Siblings of our past/ existing students will be given 10% scholarship in I Year of tuition fee.
  • Poddar Graduates to be given 20% Scholarship on admission in MCA, MA, MCOM & 10% in MBA & M.SC. MBA and MCA, scholarship will on given on tuition fee.

Note: A student can choose only one Scholarship category if he/she falls in more than one category.

Government Scholarships

Students can apply for Government Scholarships as per rules and schemes of Government for Merit Holders, SC, ST, Minority, SBCand OBC (BPL cardholders). Fee is reimbursed as per rules of Govt. of Rajasthan.

All other government scholarships ofstate and national level are valid & available for Poddar Students.

Hostel Fees

On-campus hostel facilities are not available at the Mansarovar Campus. However, the institute has tie-ups with selected hostels located near the campus. Multiple options are available, and hostel fees vary depending on the type of accommodation chosen, such as single or shared occupancy and AC or non-AC rooms.

Eligibility- Minimum 50% aggregate marks in graduation for general and 45% for reserved category students along with valid score from any one of the six All India tests, i.e.; CAT, XAT, CMAT, ATMA, MAT, GMAT or the common entrance examinations (if any) conducted by the respective State Governments / Central Government (CUET)

Filling of PGDM application form- Application forms are available online at https://apply.poddarinstitute.org/mba-pgdm and offline at both campuses. The application fee is Rs. 1,200.

Note-

  1. Total Fees of PGDM (2 years) is Rs. 6.95 Lacs, all of the above scholarships are applicable on tuition fees of 2 years i.e. 3.5 Lacs.
  2. If any student is falling in eligibility criteria of multiple scholarship categories, only the scholarship with the highest value will be granted.

Education Loan

Poddar has tied up with national as well as private banks for education for all UG PG courses at the lowest rate possible and easy procedures. All the required documents should be provided by the scholars seeking education loan for assistance in obtaining the loan. Students have availed student loans from Grayquest, Union Bank of India, IDFC First Bank. 0% interest/ interest free easy EMI Fee payment facility is also available.
