Women Cell at Poddar International College organized a 3-day Self Defense Camp from 11th September to 13th September 2019. This camp was organized in collaboration with Defenders of Faith – an organization involved in social work. The camp trained the girls and created awareness through self-defense techniques.
Self Defence Instructor Shubham Prajapat demonstrated basic techniques and students practiced the techniques and exercises. Members of the organization from various countries – Laura (Netherlands), Joanna (Germany), Elif (Turkey), Taha (Turkey), and Ying (China) also participated in this camp.
