Poddar International College organized “Road Safety Week” from 24 – 28 Sept. 2019. During this event, NSS Volunteers went to different rush areas to aware people of road safety. NSS volunteers made banners, posters, pamphlets mentioning road safety rules. Volunteers enthusiastically committed themselves to follow the traffic rules and road safety rules.
Road safety refers to the prevention and protection of road accidents by taking care of road safety measures. Road Safety teaches people about how to behave safely when driving or crossing the road. Children and young people are at significant risk on our roads. Road safety education plays an important role in securing people while traveling on the road.

40 Students in college uniform conducted the drive along with banners, posters & pamphlets to create Road Safety awareness at the following places:
