Yoga and meditation have been practiced for around thousands of years. It is a combination of physical and mental disciplines which make the body stronger, healthier and keeps the mind calm, controlled, helping towards self-realization.
Poddar International College organized the Yoga & Meditation session on 05 September 2019, within the campus in association with Prajapita Brahma Kumaris Ishwariya Vishwavidyalaya.
The guest speaker was an experienced scientist in DRDO. He explained the importance of yoga, how it improves balance, strength, flexibility and how meditation keeps the mind sharp and relieves stress.
