Department of Commerce and Management, in collaboration with Poddarpreneurs and Management Club, Organised an engaging session on Waste to Wealth: Startups turning sustainability into opportunity
Our esteemed guest speaker, Ms. Ami Sharma, enlightened us on the concept of sustainability and introduced the HARIT initiative (Holistic Actions in Reviving Indigenous Techniques). She also shared inspiring examples of eco-startups like:

- GAUKRITI
- RE-CHAKRA
- RE-SPUN
- RE-CHARKHA
The session took an interactive turn with an activity where students were divided into two teams - Eco Rangers and Problem Saviours. They were challenged to identify a problem and come up with innovative solutions like Sip Friendly,Eco drop, Gap Fillers. The ideas generated were truly impressive!
This session was a perfect blend of learning, creativity, and problem-solving, emphasizing the importance of sustainability in business.
