The Design Department of the Poddar Group of Institutions organized a site visit to Royal Exotica and Royal Gravitaz, Gandhi Path West, Jaipur on 02 September 2023. There, students got the chance to get hands-on experience and practical insights into real-world interior design projects. This activity aims to enhance their understanding of design principles, materials, spatial planning, and project execution in a real-world context.
Faculty Coordinator, Purnima Vyas planned and arranged everything aspect, so, this visit could be fruitful.

The Royal Exotica and Royal Gravitaz, Gandhi Path West, Jaipur is under the Ganga Kotecha group and was represented by Mr. Amit Sharma Marketing head at Ganga Kotecha group. The Royal Exotica and Royal Gravitaz have amenities like an indoor swimming pool, sauna bath, gym, Indoor play area, party area and terrace garden.
A 3 BHK Villa at Royal Exotica Township which has a basement which has a separate luxury entertainment room, a study room and a meditation space. The kitchen was built in a modular way and all advanced materials were used in the Interiors.
1 hour Under construction site visit to Royal Gravitaz apartment where students saw how the structure is designed, lift well construction, swimming pool construction on 1st floor, interiors work in process, false ceiling construction, etc. Students explored the site and put some interesting ideas in front of Mr Sharma, which was appreciated by him. Later, students thanked Mr. Amit for sharing his experience and knowledge with them to provide guidance.
