The NSS Unit of Poddar International College , in association with the Cultural Club , organized a vibrant Teej Festival Celebration. The celebration aimed to promote the rich cultural traditions and festive spirit associated with the auspicious festival of Teej.
As part of the celebration, a Mehndi Competition was organized for the students. The participants enthusiastically showcased their creativity and artistic talent by preparing beautiful and intricate mehndi designs. The activity provided students with an opportunity to celebrate the traditional essence of Teej while expressing their creativity, students and faculty members presented amazing dance performances during mehndi competition on Teej and sawan songs.
The Mehndi Competition was judged by the esteemed Vice Chairperson, Mrs. Roopal Poddar , who appreciated the efforts and creativity of all the participants.
The winners of the competition were Harshita Jangid, who secured the First Position Navya Mehta, secured Second Position, and Kashish Shekhawat, secured the Third Position. The winners were awarded certificates in recognition of their outstanding performance.
The Teej Festival Celebration was conducted with great enthusiasm and active participation. The celebration beautifully reflected the spirit of Indian culture and traditions while providing students with a joyful and engaging platform to come together and celebrate the festival.
