A session on Resume Building was conducted by Dr. Vaishali Gupta, for MBA Semester I students.
The objective of the session was to help students understand the essentials of crafting an impactful resume that reflects their strengths, achievements, and career goals in line with industry expectations.
Dr. Gupta guided students through the structure and purpose of a professional resume, differentiating between a Resume, CV, and Bio-data and ATS-friendly designs. Students also learned how to write effective career objectives, avoid common mistakes, and tailor their resumes for different job roles.
The session greatly enhanced their understanding of professional resume presentation and boosted their confidence for future placement opportunities.
