Poddar Group of Institutions, Jaipur, organized a Blood Donation and Free Health Check-up Camp on 6 October 2026, in association with Kanchan Devi Memorial Trust, Lions Club, FUISI and Apex Hospital, successfully coordinated by the NSS Club.
The initiative focused on promoting preventive healthcare, health awareness, and the spirit of voluntary blood donation. The camp received an encouraging response with 80+ entries, offering participants general health assessments, including blood pressure, blood sugar, and hemoglobin testing, along with eye and dental check-ups.
The blood donation drive witnessed enthusiastic participation, with 50+ units of blood donated towards the noble cause of saving lives. The active involvement of students, faculty members, staff, and donors reflected the values of social responsibility, empathy, and community service.
As a token of appreciation, certificates were presented to the blood donors by Dr. Anand Poddar, Chairperson, Poddar Group of Institutions, recognizing their selfless contribution to society.
