Poddar Business School and the Indian Society of Training & Development (ISTD) celebrated the 53rd Foundation Day of ISTD with the 1st edition of Jaipur Trainers Award-JTA 23 competition. Over 25 trainers participated in the event, from which the top 10 trainers were selected for a presentation on "Talent Shortage: Challenges and Way Forward." Esteemed judges from the corporate HR industry, Pallavi Kumari, Amit Paul, and Pawan Kumar, evaluated the presentations.
The event was graced by the welcome speeches of Dr. Anand Poddar, Chairman of Poddar group of institutions, and Mr. Mukesh Vyas, Chairman of ISTD, Jaipur Chapter. Collaborators for the event included TruScholar, WAE Digital, and PRISM, adding to the success of the occasion.
The highlight of the event was the awarding of Gold, Silver, and Bronze Medals to Dr. Shiva Sharma, Mr. Mohit Limba, and Ms. Anuradha Ghosh, respectively. Additionally, participation certificates were given digitally as well as physically to the remaining participants. Dr. Shiva Sharma and Mr. Mohit Limba, the first two winners, were also awarded paid internships worth Rs. 15000 and Rs. 11000, respectively, from WAE Digital and Prism.
The entire program was skillfully coordinated by Dr. Anupam Jain, Associate Professor & Treasure of ISTD, and Dr. Vandana, member of ISTD, ensuring a successful and memorable celebration of ISTD's Foundation Day.
