The second day of the PGDM Trimester III Orientation Programme focused on academic counselling and student engagement. The session began with an insightful address by Dr. Sunil Kakkar, Dean, Poddar Business School, who counselled students on selecting the appropriate specialization based on their interests, career aspirations, and industry requirements. He highlighted the scope and career opportunities available across various management domains and motivated students to make informed academic choices.
Following the Dean's session, faculty members from different specializations interacted with students to address their queries regarding elective subjects, career prospects, internships, academic expectations, and domain-specific opportunities. The interactive discussion enabled students to gain clarity and confidence in choosing their specialization.
The programme concluded with engaging management activities conducted by the faculty team to promote teamwork, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
