An engaging and insightful session on ‘Personality – Career Fit: Choosing Roles Aligned with Who You Are’ was conducted on understanding how our personality shapes our career choices. The session, led by Mr. Vipin Bijarnia, Assistant Professor, Dept. of Psychology, Poddar International College for the PGDM students of Poddar Business School.
The session offered practical frameworks, reflective activities, and powerful examples that encouraged students to think deeply about who they are and where they truly belong. It helped students discover how aligning personal strengths, values, and natural preferences with the right roles can lead to meaningful and fulfilling careers.
