The Parent–Teacher Meeting (PTM) was conducted successfully by Department of Arts, Poddar International College.The PTM aimed to discuss student's academic progress, attendance, discipline, and overall performance. Parents interacted with faculty members and mentors, who provided detailed feedback on internal assessments, participation in classes, and areas needing improvement. Suggestions were given to parents on supporting students academic goals and career planning.
Parents shared their concerns and appreciated the guidance provided by the teachers. The meeting helped strengthen coordination between parents and the college and reinforced a supportive approach toward student's academic and personal development.
