The NSS Club of Poddar International College successfully organised the “Har Ghar Khushi” Donation Drive to spread happiness and make this Diwali special for underprivileged families.
The campaign aimed to remind everyone that the real spirit of Diwali lies not merely in lights and festivities but in sharing love, kindness, and compassion with those who are less fortunate.
Under the guidance of NSS Programme officers Dr. Shilpika Tewari , Dr. Vinod Kumar Jain, and NSS Co-Convener Mr. Naman Gautam and others , NSS student volunteers distributed crackers, diyas, food items (sweets, refreshments ,chips, biscuits), toys, stationery, and clothes to the needy, bringing joy and smiles to many faces.
The initiative encouraged the spirit of donation in students, reminding everyone that even small acts of kindness can light up someone’s life. The enthusiastic participation of students and faculty made this noble cause a great success.
Through this campaign, the NSS Club beautifully reflected the true spirit of Diwali — sharing, caring, and spreading happiness in every home.
