Poddar International College, actively participated in the "Nasha Mukt Yuva for Viksit Bharat" programme organized by the Regional Directorate of NSS, Jaipur, in collaboration with S.S. Jain Subodh P.G. College (Autonomous), Jaipur, under the Swachhata Seva Pakhwada – Swachhata Action Plan 2026.
The programme was graced by Mrs. Manju Sharma, Hon'ble Member of Parliament, as the Chief Guest. Distinguished dignitaries present included Mr. S. P. Bhatnagar, Regional Director, NSS; Mr. K. K. Kumawat, State Coordinator, NSS; Mr. Govind Sharan, District Coordinator, NSS; and Mr. Ankit Sharma Youth Icon for the Ministry of Youth Affairs' Viksit Bharat Yuva Connect program.
The eminent speakers emphasized the harmful effects of drug abuse and highlighted the crucial role of youth in building a healthy, addiction-free, and developed India through social responsibility, cleanliness, and positive values.
The NSS volunteers enthusiastically participated in the interactive sessions, engaged with the experts, and took a pledge to spread awareness about drug de-addiction and the vision of "Nasha Mukt Bharat" in society. The programme motivated the participants to become responsible citizens and actively contribute towards the national vision of Viksit Bharat 2047.
