The training and placement cell conducted a mock interview session for the BBA and BCA students with focus on quashing the illusion that they generally have about the interview questions and the process on the whole. they were trained on how to listen reflectively, understand the intent of the question and explain with narrative and good strong voice san cockiness .
The candidates learnt how to differentiate between the reality and avoid getting into the trap of making big impression which often fails to impress.
They were trained on how to balance presentations with intellectual humility, avoid binary answers and work on the mode of thought in the interview process.
The students enjoyed the rigor of the process and were able to identify their gaps and prepared strategies to work upon them.
