Continuing the experiential journey under the Global Immersion Program, students of Poddar Business School visited the prestigious Mövenpick Hotel Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai, to gain firsthand exposure to the world of hospitality and service excellence. Students explored the property’s signature spaces, including UBK Kitchen, Rohini Café, hotel suites, and the executive lounge, where they observed operational efficiency and guest experience management in action.
During the visit, the hotel’s core management team shared valuable insights on how teamwork, service design, and leadership drive strong hospitality brands, helping students understand how management principles and human connection combine to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a competitive market.
