As part of the ongoing Global Immersion Program, students of Poddar Business School visited the Dubai Business School and attended an engaging session on Innovation and Design Thinking conducted by Dr. Mohammed Ahmed Al Essa.
Dr. Al Essa delivered an engaging session on innovation, creativity, and design thinking as key drivers of modern business growth. Through interactive discussions and activity-based learning, students shared ideas, tackled real-world problems, and participated in a teamwork-focused puzzle exercise. The session provided a dynamic understanding of how innovation and design thinking enhance adaptability, collaboration, and strategic leadership in today’s competitive business landscape.
