The Department of Commerce and Management organized an industrial visit to Globaal Foods, Jaipur, for BBA Semester III students on 24th October 2026, under the guidance of Mr. Abhishek Agarwal and with the support of Department Coordinator Dr. Reena Amberiya.
The visit offered students valuable insights into the real-world functioning of a food manufacturing enterprise, including the production of pasta, vermicelli, and other products marketed under the brand name Glosta.
Through an interactive question-and-answer session with Mr. Abhishek Agarwal, students explored production processes, cost estimation, profit margins, machinery investments, quality control, GST compliance, and supply chain management. They also examined product samples and learned about the operational and financial challenges involved in running a manufacturing business.
The experience bridged the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical business applications, strengthening students understanding of operations management, financial planning, and entrepreneurship.
