The NSS Club of Poddar International College , Jaipur organized an environmental awareness programme titled “Save Trees – Save Future” as a part of the SAFAR – 28 Glorious Years Celebration of the institution. The programme was conducted at Vikas Bal Niketan Senior Secondary School with the objective of spreading awareness among students about the importance of environmental conservation and sustainable living.
The event was organized under the guidance of NSS Programme Officer Dr. Shilpika Tewari and NSS Co-Convener Mr. Naman Gautam . The programme included an Essay Writing Competition and a Quiz Competition based on themes such as tree conservation, climate change, biodiversity, and environmental responsibility.
The competitions witnessed enthusiastic participation from students. Winners were awarded certificates, pens, diaries, and mugs as tokens of appreciation. The programme concluded with a message of collective responsibility towards preserving nature for future generations.
