The Training and Placement Cell at Poddar International College organized an engaging Turncoat Debate under the guidance of Head of Training, Ms. Anuradha Banerjee Ghosh and Ms. Kiran Chaturvedi, Placement Officer. Unlike traditional debates, the Turncoat format challenges participants to think on their feet, switch perspectives instantly, and demonstrate true mastery of interpersonal communication.
Students from BBA and BCA Semester I participated with immense zeal and enthusiasm. With ten teams competing, the event showcased remarkable oratory talent and critical thinking. Two teams emerged as winners, along with two outstanding speakers recognized for their exceptional performance. It was indeed an enriching experience for everyone, reflecting the spirit of learning, confidence, and collaboration that defines our campus culture.
