The NSS Club of Poddar International College organising One week celebration on International Yoga day from 21 - 28 June.
Under which on the 7th day, we organised a session on - “Yoga and Meditation” on 27th June 2025 at Atmanirbhar Varidhaashram Mansarovar.
The session was conducted in association with Bharma Kumaris
This session offered numerous benefits, promoting physical flexibility, mental calmness, and emotional balance among the elderly. It helps reduce stress, anxiety, and common age-related ailments like joint pain and high blood pressure.
Poddar Sansthan is working for social cause and wellbeing of all the persons of the society.
This session proved very useful and beneficial for the elderly people's of the society for their physical and mental health.
