From Ideas to Teams: The Journey of Group Formation

The PGDM T-1 students recently participated in an experiential learning session on “Formation and Stages of Group Formation”, conducted by Dr. Swapna Shrimali.

The session explored how formal teams are built in the context of startups — beginning from identifying one’s strengths to pitching effectively to attract the right team members.

  •  Learning how to identify, articulate, and pitch individual strengths.
  • Engaging in hands-on activities where students formed groups and presented their pitches to attract teammates.
