As part of the Marketing Management course, BBA SEM-IV student Arya Rathore presented an insightful Live Project on the “7Ps of Marketing Mix of Westside Stores, Jaipur.” The presentation involved a comparative analysis of two Westside outlets in Jaipur, providing practical exposure to retail marketing strategies and customer experience management.
Arya effectively highlighted key aspects of Westside’s marketing mix including:
✅ Product assortment and brand positioning
✅ Value pricing and pricing strategies adopted by the brand
✅ Store layout, visual merchandising, and customer navigation
✅ Promotional schemes and customer engagement activities
✅ Service process and customer handling
✅ Role of people (staff interaction and service quality)
✅ Physical evidence such as ambience, décor, cleanliness, and overall shopping experience
