Today’s classroom turned into a mini management lab as students of PGDM participated in an experiential activity titled ‘Am I Alive?’conducted by Dr. Vaishali Gupta.
The class was divided into two groups, and the task was simple yet thought-provoking — each team had to exchange the canopies from one end to another under specific time constraints. What looked like a fun physical challenge soon unfolded powerful management lessons!
The activity focused on responsiveness, coordination, and adaptability — essential qualities of an effective team and organization. It mirrors how in real-world management, success depends on how quickly and strategically individuals respond to changing situations while maintaining teamwork and clarity of purpose.
