World Mental Health Day

The NSS Club of Poddar International College attended The “Mann Theek toh Sab Theek” Workshop on the occasion of World Mental Health Day organized by Mann Ki Khushi Foundation on 10th October 2024. The workshop was organized at Hari Van Garden, Sanganer, Jaipur. Payal Chaudhary, Director of the Mann Ki Khushi Foundation, delivered an insightful address to students, shedding light on the pervasive issues of daily life stressors and increase in mobile phone addiction.

 Event Overview:

  5. Develop and provide accessible mental health resources.

Student Engagement:

The event witnessed remarkable enthusiasm and active participation from undergraduate students, reflecting their heightened awareness and concern for mental health issues prevalent in contemporary society.

Feedback:

Addressing Mental health issues at the earliest and creating a safe space for young individuals to communicate and share their problems are fundamental to living a good life. Early access to mental health support can make a big difference in the health of young people and adults.

Conclusion: To promote mental health awareness and offer support, and to break down the stigma that surrounds mental health.
