Flipped Classroom

On 30th September 2024, the Literary and Management Society organized a Flipped Classroom event for students across all streams. The initiative, spearheaded by President Aryan Singh Shekhawat and Vice President Tanmay Sharma, aimed to engage students in a dynamic and interactive learning experience, blending literary skills with management insights.

The flipped classroom model, which emphasizes student-centered learning, was the core approach of the event. Students were provided with materials and resources prior to the session, allowing them to prepare and actively participate in discussions, problem-solving activities, and collaborative projects during the live session. This method fostered deeper understanding, critical thinking, and peer-to-peer learning.

The event covered a variety of topics, including:

Interactive Literary Analysis: Students analyzed selected texts from classic and contemporary literature, focusing on themes of leadership, decision-making, and organizational behavior.

Management Case Studies: Real-world case studies were discussed, encouraging students to apply theoretical knowledge to practical scenarios.

Team-based Activities: Participants worked in groups to tackle management challenges, enhancing their teamwork and leadership skills.

The event was well-received, with students appreciating the active involvement and the break from traditional lecture-based learning. The success of the flipped classroom model was evident as students not only gained academic knowledge but also honed essential management and organizational skills.

President Aryan Singh Shekhawat and Vice President Tanmay Sharma were instrumental in the seamless execution of the event. Their leadership ensured that the flipped classroom was engaging, educational, and beneficial for all attendees.

Outcome:

The event succeeded in promoting innovative learning methods and contributed significantly to enhancing students' analytical and managerial abilities. Feedback from participants was overwhelmingly positive, with many expressing interest in future flipped classroom sessions.
